Listed as a Remarkable Garden, this space is full of treasures, with its five atmospheric gardens and more than 5,000 species spread over 8 hectares.

Depending on the season and time of day, it offers different sensations and views, leaving plenty of room for surprise and discovery.

Founded in 1138, the Abbey of Valloires has had a turbulent history over the centuries. Rebuilt in the 18th century, the contrast is great between the sobriety of its architecture and the baroque decoration, particularly of the abbey church and the sacristy. Since the installation of the Preventorium of Valloires by Thérèse Papillon in 1922 until today with the reception of children within social structures, the Association of Valloires brings this Abbey to life in the service of children. The Abbey of Valloires is only open to guided tours. You will discover the church, the cloister, the sacristy, the chapter house and the great hall (the other spaces are dedicated to welcoming children)
